God knows you so well!

Your christian life may not be the same as your brothers’, or your sisters’

You experiences on your journey may not be the same either.

You are YOU.

Remember, you are living a totally different life than the next person but God loves you both the same way.

Why worry about “how spiritual” someone seems?

We are all made to be unique and that applies to our journey as Christians as well.

LET HIM WORK.

And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them. For God knew his people in advance, and he chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the firstborn among many brothers and sisters. And having chosen them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his glory. (‭Romans‬ ‭8‬:‭28-30‬ NLT)

VOTD- OUR God

These verses resonate so much with me and I’m sure you all will be blessed by it.

I will be your God throughout your lifetime— until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.

Remember the things I have done in the past. For I alone am God! I am God, and there is none like me. (‭Isaiah‬ ‭46‬:‭4, 9‬ NLT)

Don’t ever be afraid to read the whole chapter, you never know what God wants to tell you.

Keep yourself in check!

“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’ “Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ “And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’ (‭Matthew‬ ‭25‬:‭34-40‬ NLT)

“Who am I that you are mindful of me?”

The Love of God is like no other and the events in my life can attest to that.

Oh how He loves me.

Wow.

People wonder why I’m so happy these days.

They wonder why I can show love.

They wonder why I’m so comfortable in my skin.

They wonder why I am who I am.

Well here’s the answer.

It is because of the love of God and the love He has for me.

To some it may seem like a “front” that I put on, but to me, it’s real and it really is real.

His touch.

His comfort.

His healing power.

His reassurance.

Thank you Jesus for saving us all.

That’s why I’m happy.

Pick your head up and keep going..

If you ever happen to back slide, don’t let it shake you/ your faith.

Stand strong on the Word.

Use that as an opportunity to grow closer to God.

He still loves you, so keep your head up.

Pray that you are forgiven and work harder so that next time you can stand the temptation.

I mean, even Jesus was tempted, but He knew the Word of God well enough to withstand the temptation.

“Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won’t collapse because it is built on bedrock. (‭Matthew‬ ‭7‬:‭25‬ NLT)”

Matthew 4:1-7

“Why you mad?”

He creeps up on you when you least expect it.

He alters your mind set for a moment.

He gives you reasons and excuses.

He says the “well it’s just once”.

He twists the scripture on you.

He knows you want it.

He only wants to destroy you.

What makes you think he would want to give you lasting pleasure?

Pleasure for a moment but guilt for a lifetime.

You know the scripture, stick to it.

If you think it’s wrong, it’s wrong.

Don’t forget it’s wrong, because in that midnight hour, he’s ready to attack.

God is bigger than all your problems, so pray. Pray. Speak in tongues. Pray.

Don’t let the devil get the best of you.

The battle has been won.

A long time ago.

And THAT’S why he’s mad.
